April 1, 2019 – Potatoes,lentils & chickpea tacos, I’m not an April Fool

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health

Breakfast: Roasted potatoes, corn salsa with chipotle sauce

Lunch: Black beluga chocolate chili lentils with corn salsa, sriracha yogurt, rice and salsa.

Dinner: Cabbage slaw with corn, onions, tangelos and agave,balsamic, dijon dressing with a side of chickpea tacos
