Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health
I am loving the photo food journal that I am doing. So great to have a visual of what I am eating!
Needed to be healthy after yesterday’s feast so back to the straight and narrow.
Breakfast: Cocoa black beans with guacamole and tangelos, side of coffee.
Lunch: Massaged kale salad: kale, shredded carrots, red peppers, asparagus, raw chopped almond and green onion. Dijon, agave and balsamic dressing. Potato, kale, onion and soy chorizo soup.
Dinner: Corn, broccoli, shallot, coconut milk soup seasoned with Penzeys fine herbs. Roasted broccoli and rice with no oil basil pesto.
