I recently learned that I need to add more Vitamin B12 into my diet. It comes from meat, fish, chicken, eggs and dairy. I have been predominantly vegan for the last 16 months and I need to add some food back to my diet. So increasing the fish and eggs in my daily diet and adding B12. Yes counting calories and B12 works, 1.5 pounds down this week!
Today it was about avocado toast and maple syrup with coffee.
Lunch : kale soup and yogurt
Dinner: Avocado toast with nutritional yeast! Yes nutritional yeast with avocado is super yummy
Breakfast: Avocado toast with maple syrup and yogurt and fruit.
Lunch: Kale, onion, potato, soy chorizo soup with yogurt and fruit.
Dinner: Avocado toast with nutritional yeast and mangos.
