Today it was about avocado toast with nutritional yeast for breakfast
Lunch : healthy potatoes and an egg for lunch
Dinner: David’s surprise: Mexican feast
Breakfast: Avocado toast with nutritional yeast
Lunch: Oven baked potatoes with onions, red peppers, sun dried tomatoes and mint/cilantro sauce with a scrambled egg on the side (egg with green onion and Penzeys Brady Street Seasoning).
Dinner: David’s surprise: mole tomales, refried beans, rice, salsa and corn tortilla. Deserts not shown. Yes they were worth it.
