Today it was about avocado toast with nutritional yeast, lime chile seasoning and mangos for breakfast

Lunch : Poke bowl

Dinner: Creamy tomato pineapple pasta

Breakfast: Avocado toast with nutritional yeast, chile lime seasoning and a side of mango seasoned the same

Lunch: Poke bowl: seasoned rice, green onion, mango, avocado and carrots with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Dinner: Creamy tomato pineapple pasta with fresh basil. Pasta – yellow squash
