May 8, 2019 – It’s all about yummy, avocados, pasta and potatoes

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health

Today it was about avocado toast with cashew chipotle butter and seasoned mango

Lunch : Oven roasted potatoes with onions, red pepper sun dried tomatoes. Side of scrambled egg

Dinner: Creamy tomato pineapple pasta with fresh basil. Pasta – yellow squash

MEALS

Breakfast: Avocado toast with nutritional yeast, chile lime seasoning and a side of mango seasoned the same

Lunch: Oven roasted potatoes with sun dried tomatoes, onions, red pepper and cilantro/mint sauce. Side of scrambled eggs (with green onion).

Dinner: Creamy tomato pineapple pasta with fresh basil. Pasta – yellow squash, creaminess comes from cashews!
