Lunch : Poke bowl: seasoned sushi rice with toppings

Dinner: Potato/kale/onion chorizo soup with “pulled pork” (jackfruit) tacos


Breakfast: Avocado toast with maple syrup and smoked sea salt

Lunch: Poke bowl: seasoned sushi rice with carrots, green onions, mango and avocado with a sprinkle of sesame seeds

Dinner: Potato, kale, chorizo, onion soup and “pulled pork” (jackfruit) tacos with pineapple
