Lunch : Pulled pork tacos

Dinner: Mushroom risotto


Breakfast: Avocado toast with maple syrup and smoked sea salt

Lunch: Pulled pork tacos (pulled pork is made with jack fruit) topped with roasted bell pepper, pineapple, red onion, jalepeno and corn salsa topped with chipotle sauce.

Dinner: Mushroom risotto and Chateauneuf de Pape
