Dinner: Cocoa black beans, purple sweet potato, parsnips and chipotle sauce .Side of smoked salmon
Breakfast: Hulled barley simmered in cashew milk and pineapple. Splash of balsamic
Lunch: Roasted red pepper, roasted corn, red pepper, onion and kale soup with light coconut milk. Tomato basil wrap with chickpea filling (filling is cucumber, red pepper, pineapple, chickpeas, Just Mayo and chipotle peppers).
Dinner: Cocoa black beans with roasted purple sweet potato, parsnips and chipotle sauce with a side of smoked salmon
