May 26, 2019 – It’s all about yummy: Barley, corn coconut milk soup, chickpea wrap, and tacos

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health

Breakfast: Barley with cashew milk (flavored with almond extract and cinnamon), tangelos and balsamic

Lunch : Adobe chicken tacos with salad

Dinner: Corn, coconut milk soup and chickpea wrap

Snack: Tostadas with quac, pico, crema and salsa

Breakfast: Hulled barley simmered in cashew milk (flavored with almond extract and cinnamon) and tangelos. Splash of balsamic

Lunch: Adobo chicken tacos and salad from Aqui Restaurant

Dinner: Roasted red pepper, roasted corn, red pepper, onion and kale soup with light coconut milk. Tomato basil wrap with chickpea filling (filling is cucumber, red pepper, pineapple, chickpeas, Just Mayo and chipotle peppers).

Snack: Guerrero baked tostados with quac, pico, crema and salsa (while I watched a movie: Christopher Robin)
