Breakfast: Barley with cashew milk (flavored with almond extract and cinnamon), with Skyr, tangelos and balsamic

Lunch : Root vegetable soup and chickpea wrap

Dinner: Creamy tomato pasta with pineapple

Breakfast: Hulled barley simmered in cashew milk (flavored with almond extract and cinnamon), Skyr (Icelandic yogurt) and tangelos. Splash of balsamic

Lunch: Turnip, rutabaga, carrot and onion soup in coconut milk, corn base. Tomato basil wrap with chickpea filling (filling is cucumber, red pepper, pineapple, chickpeas, Just Mayo and chipotle peppers)

Dinner: Creamy tomato pasta with pineapple, red pepper and basil
