Breakfast: Avocado toast with maple syrup and smoked sea salt

Lunch : Cocoa black beans, avocado, pico and smoked salmon

Dinner: Root vegetable soup and chickpea wrap

Breakfast: Avocado toast with maple syrup and smoked sea salt

Lunch: Cocoa black beans and avocado with chipotle cream, corn pico, pineapple and smoked salmon

Dinner: Turnip, rutabaga, carrot and onion soup in coconut milk, corn base. Tomato basil wrap with chickpea filling (filling is cucumber, red pepper, pineapple, chickpeas, Just Mayo and chipotle peppers)
