June 15, 2019 – It’s all about yummy: Temperature has dropped and spent the day in the kitchen

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. Temperature has dropped and I spent the day cooking. So breakfast was simple, mango. Lunch and dinner were meals I prepped last week with the addition of a roasted purple sweet potato. Tomorrow all new.

Breakfast: Mango

Lunch : Carrot soup

Dinner: Hot chocolate lentils, rice, purple sweet potato and salsa
