June 17, 2019 – It’s all about yummy: Oatmeal, sweet potatoes (both Japanese and regular)

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. Oatmeal and mango for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and sweet potatoes for dinner.

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch : Open face sandwich and tomatoes

Dinner: Sweet potatoes with salsa and ranch sauce


Breakfast: Oatmeal simmered in cashew milk with peanut butter, mango and raw almonds

Lunch: Open faced honey ham and tomato sandwich with a side of tomatoes

Dinner: Baked sweet potatoes with salsa and Just Garlic Mayo and Just Chipotle Ranch Sauce
