June 18, 2019 – It’s all about yummy: Freekeh, tomatoes, cucumbers and carrot ginger soup

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. Freekeh (I like this stuff) with all the fixings, sandwich and a spicy carrot ginger soup.

Breakfast: Freekeh

Lunch : Honey ham and tomato sandwich with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes

Dinner: Corn on the cob, carrot ginger soup

Snack: Guerrero baked tostadas with salsa

MEALS

Breakfast: Freekeh simmered in cashew milk (seasoned with almond extract, maple syrup and salt) with peanut butter, mango and raw almonds

Snack: Guerrero baked tostadas and salsa

Lunch: Open faced honey ham and tomato sandwich with a side of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes

Dinner: Corn on the cob (sprinkled with lime and smoked sea salt) with a bowl of spicy carrot ginger soup
