Lunch : Honey ham and tomato sandwich with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes
Dinner: Corn on the cob, carrot ginger soup
Snack: Guerrero baked tostadas with salsa
Breakfast: Freekeh simmered in cashew milk (seasoned with almond extract, maple syrup and salt) with peanut butter, mango and raw almonds

Lunch: Open faced honey ham and tomato sandwich with a side of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes
Dinner: Corn on the cob (sprinkled with lime and smoked sea salt) with a bowl of spicy carrot ginger soup
