Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. Freekeh (I like this stuff) with all the fixings, salad on toast and pasta

Breakfast: Freekeh

Lunch: Chickpea, corn, artichoke heart, red onion, celery, Just Garlic Mayo salad on toast

Dinner: Soup

Breakfast: Freekeh simmered in cashew milk (seasoned with almond extract, maple syrup and salt) with peanut butter, mango and raw almonds

Lunch: Chickpea, corn, artichoke heart, red onion, celery, Just Garlic Mayo salad on toast with tomatoes

Dinner: Carrot ginger soup
