June 22, 2019 – It’s all about yummy: Avocado toast, creamy asparagus soup and crisper salad

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. Crisper salad (what is crisper salad?) and creamy asparagus soup

Breakfast: Fruit and avocado toast

Lunch : Creamy asparagus soup

Dinner: Crisper salad (is all the leftovers in my fridge put together in a salad, it’s a wonderful thing).

Snack: Corn tortillas with guac and salsa


Breakfast: Mango with Trader Joe’s Chile Lime Seasoning and avocado toast with maple syrup and smoked sea salt

Lunch: Creamy asparagus and red pepper soup (made with light coconut milk)

Dinner: Crisper salad: chickpeas, rice, corn, cucumber, red onion, nectarines, artichoke hearts, cilantro and Trader Joe’s Chile Lime Seasoning

Snack: Corn tortillas with homemade guac and salsa
