Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. It is 105 degrees here today, back to work and so happy I cooked on Saturday so I warmed up food and didn’t have to heat up my house. Breakfast simple, yogurt. Lunch and dinner were my meals I cooked Saturday. Perfect eats for a hot day.

Breakfast: Yogurt with grapes, banana and almonds

Lunch : Honey roasted ham with mustard on Dave’s 21 grain bread. Curried carrot soup

Dinner: Hot chocolate lentils with rice, avocado, sour cream and salsa

June 9, 2019 – It’s all about yummy: Avocado toast, tomato/avocado salad and hot chocolate lentils

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. It is 95 plus degrees here today and so happy I cooked yesterday so I didn’t have to heat up my house. Breakfast simple, avocado toast. Lunch was one of my meals I cooked yesterday (lentils). Dinner tomato and chicken breast sandwich along with a tomato and avocado salad. Perfect eats for a hot day.

June 8, 2019 – It’s all about yummy: Avocado toast, vegan curried carrot soup (recipe included) and non fat vegan 4 bean chili

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. Cooked this morning and prepped for the upcoming week. Needed to sample so I had a couple of the dishes I made today and will sample the other tomorrow. Today I made non fat curried carrot soup and non fat vegan 4 bean chili. Loaded with flavor and very healthy.

Perfect day, wonderfully healthy. Winning back my health. I have started a new job and want to maintain healthy eating habits. Day 5, healthy eating habits. It came down to meal prep and packing up the food the night before so I could just put everything in my lunch bag and go. I even brought my favorite container to warm up my food at work. Looking good. Exactly the same menu as yesterday. Tomorrow will be slightly different. I cooked enough for multiple meals this week. Makes life easier.

The first two days on the job were a bit tough as I wanted to get a lay of the land. By day 3, today, I worked out the kinks and right where I was before. Healthy eating habits. It came down to meal prep and packing up the food the night before so I could just put everything in my lunch bag and go. I even brought my favorite container to warm up my food at work.
